Oh Yes I Did

Happy Saturday nailpolish friends,

Today I have the most wonderful brown glittery polish. Yes you read that correctly brown glitter polish with specs of blue running throughout. I didn't get a chance to take pictures in the sunlight yet but my friend Michelle from Things I love at this Moment did. Please go check out her post too. Okay enough talk lets get down to business. I just received my Barry M polish named Dusty Mauve last week it is perfect underneath OYID.

Jenna's description of OYID is: Oh Yes I Did! A brown glitter base gets the slightest sprinkling of fine holo blue, toss in a little pinch of brown holo mini hexs' and a handful of light blue holo mini hexs', and oh no she di'int! Oh Yes I Did! I also put a coat of Gelous followed up with Seche Vite.

Fantasy Fire and Indigo

Hello Fellow purple lovers. I have a droolworthy post for you today. I just received my MaxFaxtor mini Fantasy Fire and Barry M Indigo.  What a gorgeous combination. I think they were born to be a couple :)  Both went on great and it lasted on my fingers for three days. I only needed two coats of Indigo for full opacity and one coat of Fantasy Fire to receive ultimate shimmer glow of the polish.  So lets just get to the rest of the pictures. I took a lot and some are better then others. Get those drool buckets ready ladies.

Nail Mail 4/9/2012

So for today I received three nail packages. I was quite suprised when I went to my box. I recently did a swap with Jo from http://glitterglamsparkleshine.blogspot.com/  I got a bunch of purple lovelies. My favorite color. So lets start off with the major league here Models Own Disco Mix and Ibiza Mix. Ibiza Mix was a complete suprise and a pleasant one at that!! I received my first Nails Inc polish named Bow Street it is gorgeous too. Very bright and full of sparkle.  I also received two Barry M's..Indigo and Dusty Mauve. I love them and already have Indigo on my fingers. Sooo pretty. Next is some Max Factor minis including the wonderfu Fantasy Fire and as a bonus Odysey Blue. Blue is my second favorite color. I am in polish heaven. There are a couple other random polishes thrown in for me to try out. Here is a photo from this nail mail.

Love the candy too. Great segway into my next to polishes from the brand Candeo. I received Old City  which looks to be filled with holo silver glittery goodness and the lovely pink Dolce. You can see those here..

And my last box was filled with polish burritos. You know what that means my Cult Nails pre-sale package arrived. I also ordered Black Out and Time Traveler. Here is my latest Cult collection

Autism Awareness Mani

This is going to be a short and sweet post for me today. It is month end and I am really tired. I wanted to help my friends out by posting my Autism awareness mani.  I received my A England polish Order of the Garter from my friend Sheila at The Pointless Cafe. I absolutely love this gorgeous blue polish. Since I just received my llarowe Lynnderella stash I selected Shape Shifter to apply over it. One and a half coats of OotG and two coats Shape Shifter.

Nail Mail 3/31/12 Part Two

The second package I received yesterday was my Dollish Polish Diva Collection. I love my Dollish Polish!! Get ready for a group photo ladies please.

The first bottle of glitteryness is called Little Monster. There are loads of multi colored bar glitters in a shimmery light pink base. Super Base is a blue based glittery shimmer and my favorite purple hexes. Yeah! California Gurl is a bright pink glittery goodness with bright turquoise hex glitters. And the boldest glitter is saved for last. There are silver and black hexes within the silver shimmery base of this polish.
I am so happy I purchased the entire collection when Dollish opened her etsy shop. Keep stalking her site on etsy and you too can own some of her wonderful creations. I will be doing more detailed reviews in the future.

Nail Mail 3/31/12

I received two big nail mail packages today. I placed an order with Elixir Laquers for 7 polishes. They are a mixture of shimmers and glitters. They even threw in an extra polisn for free. A perfect for summer/spring peach color. There wasn't a name attached to it. But here is a group photo. Every body say glitter..

So the polishes we have are called  Tease, Tempt,Siren, Mystery polish, Foxy, A cool fool, Supa Sugar Bee and With A K. These babies shipped really fast and are even better in person than on the website.

The shimmers are so pretty and the colors available are great. Loads of glitter are in the last three bottle shots. The last one has bigger glitters than the rest. Supa Sugar Bee is the one I want to try first so stay tuned for a more in depth review of that one soon. What do you want to see first??

Blane

So tonight I have a new brand to show you. Well the brand is new to me anyways :)  I received some Nostaligic Laquers a while ago and had yet to get them on my nails. I was in the mood for a little purple the other night so Blane was the polish for me. Blane comes from the movie Pretty in Pink. Blane has two sister polishes Duckie and Andie. Duckie is a green color and Andie is pink.  I believe these polishes to be too opaque on their own. This is just my own personal taste. So to the stash I went and grabbed my favorite purple Nubar Treasure. I have used this color three or four times already I just love it so much. This polish only needs two coats to completely cover the nail. Are you ready to see some purple... Get ready..
